If I had the chance to talk to Gary right now I would say that he is a dog obsessed human. He is too caught up in dogs and I think he should try to have some children or something. He is not going to be able to let his dogs go when it's his time to leave the earth.
I think that Gary should try to start a family. He should think more about his wife and family than his dogs. Even if Gary is too late to have kids maybe he can adopt some children. Gary puts his dogs first, he needs to put his family first.
Gary gets too close to his dogs. When Gary loses a dog or possibly his own life will he let the dogs go? Will he move on? Will he go into depression for a month? Or will he just say, "What the heck I don't care, I'll just get a new dog"? Gary needs to get less attached to his dogs.
